Smoke Free for 2 Weeks!
I am so pleased! It's been a little bit of ups and downs but only when I forget my patch...Nicoderm CQ is what I am using. I didn't quit cold turkey like James did. Speaking of which, he stopped smoking in January for those of you who didn't know. He did a great job...apparently I lack the will power that he has. Anyway, just a quick update. Next goal...1 month.
