We finally bought a house...

We found out on August 20th that we got our house, which we close on September 19th! We ended up buying in the World Golf Village in St. Augustine. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage. It is 1,629 square feet and backs up to a beautiful preserve. We looked at several houses in the area and both agreed on this one. The schools in the area are A rated and there are 17 police officers that live in our sub division, so we feel great about that (as does my daddy). It is a relatively short distance to my office (about 17 miles) though it is a little farther for James right now, you can never tell what side of town he will be working on from one week to the next, so using that as a decision maker is tough to do.

Above is the front of the house. I am sure we will have more updated pictures after we move in, and most of you will see it at Thanksgiving. As soon as we get settled I am sure we will have some sort of get-together at our house.

We are hoping now that between scuba diving, auto loans and now a mortgage, we have successfully spent enough money that a baby MUST be in our near future...
